Role – Certified Service Now Developer

Location – Dallas, TX –onsite

ServiceNow platform knowledge, JavaScript, knowledge of incident and case modules, knowledge of ServiceNow flow designer, Case management, and incident management in the SNOW module.

Should know Out of Box and Javascript development in SNOW.

 

Responsibilities:


Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to incident and case management requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
Develop and customize JavaScript code within the ServiceNow platform to extend its capabilities and meet business needs.
Configure and optimize incident and case management modules within ServiceNow, ensuring efficient workflow automation and seamless integration with other modules.
Leverage expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer to create and optimize process flows for incident and case resolution.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to ServiceNow incidents and cases, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and incident/case management, applying knowledge to enhance existing processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience (7 years) working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on incident and case management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and demonstrated ability to develop custom scripts and applications within ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of incident and case management processes, including best practices for optimization and automation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and other workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
