L2 Application Support Resources required:
1) 3-5 years of IT experience of Production Support Team
Technical Skills –
Must Have - Level 2 Production Support (ITIL), Unix, Unix scripting, Unix Infra activities experience,
Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Application COB/Disaster Recovery
Good to have: knowledge - proc, function, view, cursors
General skillset:
· Good coordination between various infra/TI teams OR dev partners
· Quick turnaround time for solving any issue
· Quick in escalation + handling MIM + involving ICM + sending user communications
· Good debugging and analytical skills
· Must be very good in communication
. Ready to work in 24x7 environment in rotational shifts including weekends/public holidays
