Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Architect with deep hands-on development experience and strong architectural capabilities to design, build, and scale advanced AI solutions. This role is ideal for a senior practitioner specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, and modern AI infrastructure. The candidate will play a key role in shaping AI strategy while remaining actively involved in development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI and LLM-based solutions, from concept to production.
- Architect and develop agentic orchestration frameworks enabling multi-agent workflows and autonomous reasoning.
- Build, optimize, and deploy AI services using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Integrate and customize OpenAI and other LLM APIs for enterprise-scale use cases.
- Design and manage Vector Database solutions for semantic search, RAG, and knowledge retrieval.
- Lead prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance of LLM outputs.
- Develop and apply NLP and ML models for text understanding, classification, summarization, and extraction.
- Implement ML graph visualizations to represent relationships, reasoning paths, and AI workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions meet standards for scalability, security, performance, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
Primary / Required Skills
- Advanced development expertise in Python
- Deep hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong working knowledge of OpenAI APIs and related AI platforms
- Proven experience with Vector Databases (e.g., semantic search, RAG architectures)
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques
- Solid background in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment
- Hands-on experience building agentic orchestration frameworks
Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ML graph visualization and knowledge representation
- Familiarity with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows
- Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
- Experience designing AI solutions in cloud environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years of overall software development experience, with significant focus on AI/ML and LLM-based systems
- Strong architectural mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
