Key Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic onsite leader for the AWS Launchpad engagement.

Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior business, technology, and transformation stakeholders.

Drive executive governance, steering committee discussions, program reviews, and roadmap alignment.

Align AWS GenAI investments with business outcomes and enterprise transformation objectives.
-
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, adoption, and platform-related challenges.

Lead the industrialization of Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore capabilities across the enterprise.
-
Define operating models, governance frameworks, security controls, and GenAI adoption standards.
-
Establish reusable patterns, accelerators, deployment frameworks, and best practices for GenAI implementations.

Drive enterprise-wide enablement and onboarding of GenAI use cases.
-
Ensure alignment with responsible AI, compliance, security, and risk management requirements.

Provide strategic guidance on AWS Launchpad methodology and adoption frameworks.

Partner with AWS teams, enterprise architects, and platform engineering teams to accelerate value realization.

Govern implementation roadmaps and ensure successful transition from pilot initiatives to production-grade platforms.

Drive measurable business outcomes through platform standardization and operational excellence.

Own program health, financial governance, risk mitigation, and delivery success.

Lead cross-functional global teams comprising architects, DevOps engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.

Define KPIs, adoption metrics, and value-realization frameworks.

Ensure successful execution of platform enhancements and enterprise rollout initiatives.

12–15 years of relevant program, transformation, cloud, or technology leadership experience.
-
Strong working knowledge of AWS Launchpad, Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and AWS Cloud Services.
-
Strong understanding of Enterprise GenAI Adoption Frameworks.
-
Proven experience leading large-scale cloud and AI transformation programs.
-
Extensive executive stakeholder management experience.
-
Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.
-
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management.
-
Strong Benefits Management, Project Governance, Project Planning, Risk/Crisis Management, and Stakeholder Management skills.

Strong executive presence, strategic communication, and transformation leadership capabilities.

Experience with AWS Cloud Architecture.

Experience with AI/ML Platform Engineering.

Knowledge of RAG, Knowledge Bases, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows.

Experience driving enterprise GenAI platform industrialization and adoption.
