Key Responsibilities
-
Create and distribute weekly engagement status reports and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Demos and Daily Standups.

Maintain the RAID log and escalation path, escalating issues to the AWS Engagement Manager (EM) or Delivery Program Manager (DPM) as required.
-
Lead Sprint Planning and backlog management using Jira.
-
Compile assessment findings and produce executive readout presentations in collaboration with the Cloud Architect.
-
Schedule and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and readouts of assessment findings.
-
Drive assessment outcomes and ensure findings are translated into actionable next steps.
-
Develop draft AWS migration wave plans, sequencing, and migration roadmaps in collaboration with the AWS Partner/Principal Cloud Architect (PCA).

Coordinate across technical and business stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment.
-
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the engagement.

12–15 years of relevant project/program management experience.
-
Minimum 5 years of Agile Project Management experience.
-
Strong experience with Agile Scrum and sprint-based delivery.
-
Experience leading Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Demos, and backlog management.
-
Strong Jira experience.
-
Experience managing RAID logs, escalations, risks, issues, and dependencies.
-
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience creating executive presentations, weekly status reports, and steering committee materials.
-
Experience supporting AWS Migration and Transformation initiatives.
-
Experience working with Cloud Architects on migration findings, wave planning, and roadmaps.
-
PMP or equivalent Agile Project Management certification.
-
Financial Services client experience.
-
Experience managing large-scale AWS migration and cloud transformation programs.
-
Experience developing migration wave plans and sequencing strategies.
-
Experience working with AWS Engagement Managers, Delivery Program Managers, and Cloud Architects.
-
Experience facilitating executive-level readouts and steering committee meetings.
-
Experience driving knowledge transfer and assessment findings across technical and business teams.
-
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional Agile teams in enterprise environments.
