Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support enterprise‑level customer technology initiatives within a large IT organization. This role will serve as a servant leader for multiple agile teams, applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to drive delivery of high‑quality technology solutions.
The Scrum Master will facilitate all agile ceremonies, support Program Increment (PI) planning, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with organizational standards for technology development and change management.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for up to three agile teams concurrently
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand‑ups
- Sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Backlog refinement
- Apply SAFe principles to organize and manage work across teams
- Participate in quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning
- Coach teams on agile best practices and servant leadership principles
- Remove impediments and drive timely resolution of blockers
- Create and manage:
- Agile team backlogs
- Sprint plans
- Roadmaps
- Story refinement activities
- Track and report team productivity, velocity, and overall health
- Represent team status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader Agile community to ensure consistency and continuous improvement
Mandatory Qualifications
- Active Scrum Master Certification (certificate must be current)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
- At least 1 year of this experience must be within the last 24 months
- Within the last 24 months, at least 1 year of experience in an official Scrum Master role supporting:
- Agile ceremonies
- Backlog management
- Sprint planning
- Roadmaps
- Story refinement
- Productivity and performance reporting
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with JIRA within the last 24 months, including:
- Creating and managing user stories
- Creating and tracking tasks
- Managing sprint workflows
- Supporting sprint close‑out activities
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of servant leadership experience within agile teams
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a regulated or utility‑scale enterprise environment
- 3+ years of experience practicing Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- 3+ years of experience prioritizing work within agile teams
- Strong ability to articulate prioritization approaches and decision‑making frameworks
