Job Description
- Title: Business Analyst – Data Center & Cloud Migration
- Location: Torrance, CA
- Duration: Contract
- Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 days onsite
- Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for Data Center Migration, Infrastructure Transformation, and Cloud Modernization initiatives.
- Support Data Center Migration, Consolidation, and Modernization programs.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Business stakeholders.
- Manage RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
- Maintain migration trackers and support program-level tracking activities.
- Coordinate UAT, validation activities, cutover readiness, and business sign-offs.
- Perform and support data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.
- Identify migration risks and assess potential business impacts.
- Support risk mitigation and issue resolution throughout migration programs.
- Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and program status updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience within Infrastructure, Cloud, or Data Center Transformation programs.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Data Center Migration, Consolidation, and Modernization projects.
- Experience working with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience managing RAID logs and migration trackers.
- Experience coordinating UAT, validation, cutover readiness, and business sign-offs.
- Strong experience with data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate migration risks and business impacts.
- Experience preparing executive dashboards, governance reports, and program status updates.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (M365) Suite of Products.
- Proficiency with Power BI.
- Self-driven and proactive approach with strong ownership.
- Ability to take ownership beyond defined responsibilities.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
- Strong problem management and issue resolution skills.
- Experience facilitating Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops.
- Experience with Tableau.
