Job Title: Business Analyst with Wealth Management
Location: Saint Petersburg, FL (Hybrid)
Type: Contract to hire
Mandatory Skills: BFS - Data Analysis, Wealth Management (incl. Portfolio Management)
Role Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance wealth management platforms, drive digital transformation, and deliver data-driven insights to improve client experience and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirement gathering and solution design for investment advisory, client onboarding, and portfolio platforms.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across product, compliance, and technology to align business goals with digital capabilities.
• Analyse client behaviour, product performance, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee UAT, change management, and post-deployment reviews for key initiatives.
• Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments related to wealth products and platforms.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in business analysis, with strong experience in wealth management or private banking.
• Deep understanding of advisors/RIAs engagements, reporting and experience.
• Deep understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and digital platforms.
• Overall understanding of capital markets in general.
• Good technology orientation, understanding of data and data base concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to Agile delivery, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM platforms
