12hr VARIABLE DAYS/NOCs
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Primary location: ThedaCare Neenah
Shift Requirements: 12 hr Variable Days/NOCs
Start times: 530a, 530p
Weekend: Every other
Holiday Requirements: As needed
Float Requirements: Floating to All ThedaCare Facilities - primarily between Neenah units & Critical Access
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI CNA License, AHA BLS
Minimum Experience Required: 3 years REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC experience strongly preferred
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Local Candidates accepted
No new Travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED **This person will be part of the Crisis Response Team - must be comfortable floating between units and other facilities** Scrub Colors: Solid colors
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
