PLC programming, he should be aware of but not mandatory (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Automation Direct and/or Mitsubishi)
PLCs, HMI, Safety device, Servos, Switch gears, Vision system
Good Knowledge of different communication protocols, (Modbus, OPC UA/DA, Profibus, ProfNet etc)
Should have worked on various database.
Scripting knowledge (python and SQL)
IGNITION SCADA is must. Certificate will be an added advantage. IGNITION CERTIFIED (LEVEL 1-CORE/LEVEL 2-GOLD)
Must be ready for extensive travel to multiple location .
30% travelling – multi-site role (3-4 sites in a year within US)
Medical, FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory. Anyone in discreet industry is also fine.
