Responsibilities
- Work directly with physicians and medical professionals to streamline patient care
- Support and advocate for chronic patients, ensuring their needs are met
- Submit and monitor new orders, coordinating across teams for smooth setups
- Prepare, analyze, and manage billing and service paperwork
- Troubleshoot patient issues, recommend solutions, and dispatch support from the right departments
- Collect and analyze patient information to recommend products/services
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Positive, professional image and great communication skills
Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of billing, insurance, or healthcare industry a plus
