Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools, cloud-based data warehouses, and emerging technologies such as Vector Databases and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics initiatives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools, cloud-based data warehouses, and emerging technologies such as Vector Databases and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for large-scale data processing.
- Build and maintain data models and transformations using Python and Snowflake.
- Implement scalable solutions for Big Data Analytics, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including integration with Vector Databases for AI/ML use cases.
- Support and enable analytics, reporting, and downstream consumption by data scientists and business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices around data governance, security, and performance tuning.
- Stay current with evolving data engineering and AI technologies, including LLMs.
Primary / Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data warehousing, performance optimization)
- Solid expertise in ETL / ELT frameworks and data pipeline development
- Experience working with Big Data technologies and analytics platforms
- Practical exposure to Vector Databases
- Understanding or experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into data workflows
Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Graph Databases
- Knowledge of RDF (Resource Description Framework)
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex and AI/ML capabilities within Snowflake
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
