Job Title: Data Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (3 days onsite/week)
Job Type: C2C
Job Description:
- Experience and expertise in software development and handling data using Pyspark, Python, SparkSQL.
- Experience in implementation and development using AWS services including S3, EMR, Glue, Athena, Lambda, Step Function, IAM, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Quicksight, OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with Parquet format and handling large dataset using relational database (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Have good exposure in implementation of semantic layers for consistency, data views enabling analytics for users.
- Exposure with AI tool like Co-pilot, LLM suite.
- Working knowledge and exposure to Agile Methodology.
- Knowledge of AWS IAAS offerings (VPC, EC2, AMI, EBS, Autoscaling), Storage services (S3, EFS, Glacier) and security.
