Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager TPM to lead a largescale data migration and modernization program involving Snowflake SAS Campaign SAS jobs and downstream analytics and reporting platforms
The TPM will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management of complex data migrations including historical and incremental data loads platform cutovers parallel runs data validation and stakeholder governance in a highly regulated enterprise environment banking financial service
This role requires a strong blend of project leadership and technical fluency across data platforms ETL processes and legacy to cloud migrations
Key Responsibilities
- Program Delivery Management Lead end-to-end data migration programs involving Snowflake data platform SAS
- SAS Campaign jobs and analytics workloads
- Legacy data sources and downstream consumers
- Own delivery across all phases
- Discovery inventory
- Migration planning and sequencing
- Build execution
- Parallel run and cutover
- Postmigration validation and stabilization
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans milestones and success KPIs
- Technical Oversight Program Level
- Oversee migration of Historical and incremental data sets into Snowflake
- SAS jobs campaigns and dependent data pipelines
- Ensure alignment across
- Data models and schemas
- ETL ingestion frameworks
- Scheduling and orchestration batch and campaign cycles
- Coordinate data reconciliation validation and signoff with business and analytics teams
- Stakeholder Governance Management
- Act as the primary interface between
- Data engineering teams
- SAS campaign operations teams
- Analytics reporting and business stakeholders
- Security risk and compliance teams
- Drive governance forums weekly status reviews and executive reporting
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards around
- Data security and access controls
- Auditability and traceability
- Regulatory and compliance requirements
- Risk Issue Dependency Management
- Proactively identify and manage risks including
- Data quality and reconciliation gaps
- SAS job dependency failures
- Performance issues during migration or parallel runs
- Cutover timing conflicts with campaign cycles
- Maintain RAID logs escalation paths and mitigation plans
- Ensure issues are surfaced early and resolved with clear ownership
- Metrics Reporting Quality Assurance
- Define and track key delivery metrics such as
- Migration completeness and accuracy
- Data validation pass rates
- SAS campaign execution stability postmigration
- Cutover success with minimal business disruption
- Provide concise executive ready dashboards and health reports
Required Experience Skills
Must Have
- 10 years of experience in technology project or program management
- Proven delivery of data migration or data platform modernization programs
- Strong working knowledge of
- Snowflake data platforms
- SAS SAS Campaign jobs or SAS based analytics workloads
- ETL data ingestion frameworks
- Experience managing parallel runs cutovers and data validation
- Strong background working in regulated enterprise environments banking financial services preferred
- Nice to Have
- Experience migrating SAS workloads to modern cloud platforms Snowflake PySpark Databricks etc
- Exposure to campaign management or marketing analytics platforms
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems Azure or AWS
- Experience coordinating multivendor delivery teams
