Job Description
Position Title: End User Technical Support Analyst
Location: Shreveport, LA 71101
Schedule: Onsite + Travel
Type: 4 Years Contract
Interview: Onsite Interview
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Responsible for computer equipment handling and transport. Requires familiarity with
- driving a mid-sized box truck, cargo vans, and navigating loading docks.
- Responsible for decommissioning and sanitization of end user’s devices at the end of term.
- Responsible for basic field support including desktop reimaging and deployment of new
- end user devices with Windows 10 operating systems.
- Responsible for basic field support hardware and software device support including
- troubleshooting, hardware replacement, applying prebuilt image packages.
- Customer Service Skills
- Troubleshooting skills with basic hardware and software components
- Selected Contract must complete Driver Safety Trainer Required
- Must be able to obtain driver authorization
