Position Details

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and optimized data architecture solutions using GCP BigQuery and Cloud Composer.
• Architect and implement enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration workflows.
• Design, build, and optimize data models, data warehouses, and transformation workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, lineage, security, and compliance across enterprise data platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.
• Maintain architecture documentation, operational runbooks, validation frameworks, and automated testing.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive GCP data engineering best practices.
Required Skills
• 10–13 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
• Strong expertise in GCP BigQuery, GCP Cloud Composer, and GCP Bigtable.
• Hands-on experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with enterprise data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, security, and compliance.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and pipeline automation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandatory Skills: GCP BigQuery, GCP Bigtable, GCP Cloud Composer, Python.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with enterprise analytics and reporting solutions.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and leading architecture initiatives.
• Experience implementing automated testing and operational monitoring frameworks.
