We are seeking a GIS (ESRI) Technical Analyst to support IT operational projects and enhancement requests. The role involves geospatial data integration, management, and application development using ESRI technologies. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain enterprise GIS solutions.

We are seeking a GIS (ESRI) Technical Analyst to support IT operational projects and enhancement requests. The role involves geospatial data integration, management, and application development using ESRI technologies. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain enterprise GIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and data integration needs; document ESRI schema and integration requirements.
- Design and implement ESRI Enterprise Geodatabase for centralized geospatial data storage.
- Support virtual server deployment and ensure compliance with ESRI system requirements.
- Develop ESRI feature classes for data integration across multiple platforms.
- Integrate ESRI with other applications using API, REST, and database integration.
- Develop and deploy ESRI Web Map Services and publish data services to REST endpoints.
- Design, update, and deploy ESRI mapping applications ensuring usability, performance, and security.
- Provide documentation and technical knowledge transfer as required.
- Strong professional skills in GIS concepts, analysis, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, Datastore).
- Experience with ESRI mobile solutions (Survey123, Collector, Runtime).
- Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS SDE and GIS server technologies.
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server) including triggers and procedures.
- Programming skills in Python, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in ESRI Enterprise Geodatabase design, schema documentation, and feature class development.
- Experience deploying updated map layers with proper configuration and symbology.
- Experience with utility-related spatial data.
- Recent ESRI training, certifications, or project engagements.
