Job Description
The logistics Technician will handle the storage and distribution processes of the organizations inventory of IT devices
The Technician will acquire the deliveries of computer equipment store and take inventory of the devices Once the computer devices are ready for distribution the Logistics Technician will perform a quality check and prepare the devices for deployment
Prepare the shipments of devices and ensure they reach the remote customers quickly and safely when needed If there are any shipment or inventory issues the Logistics Technician is responsible for addressing and resolving them
IMAC Install Move Add Change and RD Remove Dispose of IT equipment daily
Logistics Technician skills and qualifications
Effective communication including writing speaking and interpersonal communication
Quick critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Excellent customer service and client relations skills
Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Inventory handling
Ability to use computers software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing system applications useful
