Job Description
Title: Senior IT Compliance & Audit Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Perform ITGC, ITAC, access management, change management, and SDLC control testing.
- Manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC.
- Support compliance reporting and audit activities.
- Analyze and resolve security incidents and access issues.
- Audit access controls and directory services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users.
- Develop end-user training on identity lifecycle management.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years in IT Audit, SOX Compliance, IT Risk Management, Access Governance, or Information Security.
- Experience with ITGC, ITAC, change management, SDLC controls.
- Identity Lifecycle Management and RBAC.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Directory services and access governance.
- Security awareness training.
- Team collaboration.
