Title: IT Operations Governance Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Full-Time
Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities
• Lead IT Operations Governance across Change, Incident, and Asset Management programs.
• Chair CAB/ECAB meetings, Operations Reviews, and Post-Incident Reviews while ensuring governance compliance.
• Drive ITIL v4 governance, audit readiness, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage major incidents, asset lifecycle governance, CMDB accuracy, and service transition readiness.
Required Skills
• 7+ years of IT Operations, ITSM, or IT Governance leadership.
• Expertise in Change, Incident, and IT Asset Management with ITIL v4.
• Hands-on experience with Freshservice, PagerDuty, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000-1 & 19770-1, executive communication, and project management.
Preferred Experience
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or ISO/IEC 20000/19770 certification.
• Operational maturity, audit readiness (ISO/TISAX), and governance program experience.
• Automotive/manufacturing background and familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall.
