Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage multiple enterprise-level projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, governance adherence, and proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 2–5 concurrent enterprise-level IT projects across Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closing phases.
- Define success criteria and measurable benefits with project sponsors.
- Lead project management processes including discovery, planning, resource coordination, risk management, communications, and closeout activities.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts such as Business Cases, Project Charters, Risk Registers, Communication Plans, and Status Reports.
- Facilitate phase gate reviews and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, and risks; initiate Change Requests as needed.
- Provide regular status updates using PPM tools and dashboards.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow PPM, SAP BPC, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Align, and Power BI for reporting and tracking.
- Conduct lessons learned and benefits realization activities post-project closure.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- PMP Certification (active or inactive; include date received).
- Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise-level projects.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, schedule/cost control, risk management, and governance adherence.
- At least 1 year experience with web content management and marketing automation projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools: ServiceNow, SAP BPC, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Align; Power BI experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile frameworks and/or Agile certification.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability for meetings during 8 AM – 5 PM PST.
- Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesdays, remote other weekdays; flexibility for in-person attendance when required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
