Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Informatica Administrator with 7 to 11 years of expertise to manage and optimize Informatica environments for overseas projects
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain Informatica PowerCenter environments ensuring high availability and performance
- Perform installation configuration and upgrade of Informatica software and related components
- Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot issues related to Informatica sessions and workflows
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support data integration and migration activities
- Ensure data security and compliance within Informatica environments
- Implement best practices for Informatica administration and performance tuning
- Document system configurations processes and procedures for knowledge sharing
- Support disaster recovery and backup strategies for Informatica services
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor Informatica servers and repositories Perform regular system health checks and apply patches or fixes as needed
- Manage user access and security roles within Informatica
- Coordinate with development teams to deploy ETL workflows and resolve production issues
- Analyze and optimize ETL job performance for efficient data processing
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Informatica related incidents
- Plan and execute upgrades and migrations of Informatica environments
- Train and mentor junior team members on Informatica administration best practices
