Need strong candidate with hands on Java, Automation. Interview is very technical. And code test is there.
Job description
Minimum 10 years of experience who has atleast 3-4 years team leading experience and is of a developer mindset with the following must have skills -
• Expert in Java coding to build a Java based automation framework from scratch for integration testing of microservices.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests using Java, and other related technologies for backend microservices.
• Good understanding in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration Test
• Strong understanding of software/testing methodologies in an agile based project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate efficiently with client, products, offshore & onshore teams and bridge the communication gap
• Experience leading a QA team and managing deliverables
• Experience in Agile development processes - Sprint Planning, stand up calls, Retrospective meetings, User story Grooming, Story pointing.
