Job Responsibilities: -
- The Loyalty Research Team (LRT) will be first point of contact for analyzing the shield anomalies and taking the corrective action via Reparo tool.
- Candidate must have troubleshooting and analysis skills, including navigating logs & code to be able to pin point the issue. We are looking for candidates with the ability to debug code and pinpoint the problem.
- Candidates may not be coming from Go background but will have a strong grasp on Java/Rest API/Kafka/Relational/Non Relational Databases
- Candidates must work from PHX office 3 days per week
