Position Overview
The Lead .NET Developer will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise‑grade applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and Azure cloud services. This role requires a blend of hands‑on development, technical leadership, and architectural decision‑making to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance application delivery. The position includes mentoring development teams, enforcing coding standards, and driving best practices across all workstreams. A hybrid schedule with weekly on‑site presence is expected.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of complex .NET and cloud‑based applications.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, business analysts, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement solutions using Clean Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design principles.
- Integrate .NET applications with external APIs, databases, and Azure services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
- Conduct and lead code reviews, enforce development standards, and advance continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production and development issues.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy requirements, and accessibility guidelines.
- Participate in long‑term technology planning, architecture decisions, and solution roadmapping.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing applications using .NET and Microsoft technologies.
- 5+ years serving in a Technical Lead role, including designing, developing, and mentoring with Microsoft technologies.
- 7+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
- 5+ years of experience building applications on Azure and deploying code through CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience leading collaborative workshops to translate business requirements into technical design.
- 8+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Event Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and cloud‑based identity services.
- Strong background in API development, microservices, distributed systems, and Azure monitoring tools.
- Extensive experience writing automated unit tests.
- Strong SQL Server or Azure SQL development and database design experience.
- Expertise with Entity Framework and application performance analysis.
- Experience working in hybrid environments with both business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams across large enterprise projects.
