Overview:
Seeking an experienced Lead Scrum Master with strong expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and proven background in Banking/Financial Services. The role will lead multiple Agile teams within Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring high-quality, compliant delivery of banking applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Scrum teams within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint ceremonies, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery alignment
- Drive Agile best practices, team coaching, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations such as Basel III and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
- Track Agile/SAFe metrics (Velocity, Predictability, Cycle Time)
Required Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years as Scrum Master in SAFe environments
- Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-team Agile delivery
Preferred Certifications:
- SAFe (SSM / SASM / SA)
- CSM or PSM
