Overview
Customer is seeking an experienced Program Lead to manage its Product Master area onsite This role will oversee current workstreams ensure highquality delivery and lead the strategic transition from a fully onsite setup to an offshorebased managed services model The position is critical to maintaining operational stability while driving cost optimization through a wellstructured transition plan
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Product Master program endtoend ensuring alignment with Scholastics strategic objectives
Oversee all ongoing workstreams and deliverables without impacting current operations
Define and execute a transition roadmap for moving from onsite operations to an offshorebased managed services model
Collaborate with business technology and data management teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment
Lead Agile ceremonies from a business analysis perspective backlog creation sprint planning grooming and retrospectives
Drive change management and knowledge transfer activities to enable a seamless transition
Monitor program performance manage risks and present updates to senior leadership
Ensure adherence to data quality governance and compliance standards within the Product Master area
Required Skills Qualifications
10 years of programproject management experience with a focus on Master Data Management MDM and Product Master domains
Strong background in Agile delivery and business analysis
Proven experience in transitionmigration projects to offshore or managed services models
Exceptional stakeholder management leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with MDM platforms such as STIBO STEP preferred not mandatory
Ability to manage crossfunctional teams across geographies and time zones"
