Manager of Imaging Services – Radiology Administration 
•  Perm Position Placement   
•  Start Date: Asap 
•  Primary Location:  Aspirus Divine Savior Portage, WI 
•  Shift Requirements: Variables on average  40 hrs per week 
•  Required Certifications:  ARRT Preferred;  WI license preferred and a Plus
•  Education: Bachelor of Science required- Master’s desired  
•  Minimum Experience: 3-5 years as clinician required. Leadership experience preferred 
The Director/Manager of Radiology has accountability for all clinical areas of Radiology services at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital. Works to ensure the timely provision of diagnostic Radiology services with high clinical quality and great customer service in a cost-efficient manner. Aspirus Divine Savior

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Manager- Imaging Services plans, directs and oversees activities, programs, staff, and services for their responsible department(s) and location(s). The position develops and implements goals and objectives for assigned areas of responsibility in collaboration with Regional Director. The position implements and manages plans and budgets necessary to achieve goals. She/he will seek and consult leader, other departments and within the system functional team to ensure effective and efficient coordination of efforts. Oversees and directs the work of supervisory and non-supervisory employees as assigned and assures competency. In collaboration with the Regional Director, oversees all departmental services in accordance with applicable hospital standards, policies and procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Actively participates and promotes system initiatives related to the Patient Experience. 
• Holds employees accountable for the timely completion of system wide conditions of employment initiatives, online education, and policy and procedure compliance. 
• Actively champions System Business Transformation strategy and supports the integration of continuous improvement into areas of responsibility. 
• Supports Employee Health, Organizational Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition initiatives. • Positively represents the organization in professional and community events MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Responsible for day-to-day activities of assigned department(s) and location(s).
• Supervises, trains, and develops staff members within assigned department(s). 
• Coaches and evaluates staff to ensure optimum skills, excellent performance and a positive work environment. Holds staff accountable for duties and expectations. 
• Effectively manages team and operations to ensure productivity standards are achieved. 
• Exercises fiscal management responsibilities aligning operational outcomes and system goals. 
• Participates in the development, implementation and adherence of policies and procedures for a functional area. 
• Provides necessary updates to staff and Medical Staff. 
• Assesses quality of care through quality control programs and improvement review. Actively leads and participates in quality improvement initiatives. 
• Ensures effective management of inventory and ordering of supplies. 
• Champions strategic talent initiatives including retention, development, and succession planning. 
• Achieves established goals and outcomes in their areas of accountability. Facilitates corrective actions on negative variances related to goals and outcomes. 
• Acts as a liaison between staff, local leadership and system leadership to ensure effective communication and follow through on SFT and regional initiatives.
 • Works to maintain an excellent working relationship between area(s) of accountability, Medical Staff, Clinics and Hospital departments. 
• Facilitates strategies to increase referrals, volume and revenue as applicable. 
• Facilitates and champions safety initiatives within areas of accountability. 
• Monitors and assures regulatory compliance and responsibilities are met.
 • Responsible for planning, researching and requesting purchases for departmental, capital and operational equipment and supplies. 
• Actively participates meetings and project management as assigned. FUNCTIONAL AREA ACCOUNTABILITIES
