Position : Manhattan Active Omni
Location : Freeport - Texas//Remote

Job description
- 10 years of overall ITConsulting experience
- 5 years experience in building enterprise solutions package implementation configuration customization of Manhattan Order Management platform
- Demonstrated experience in building solutions for RetailCPG organizations
- Strong functional knowledge on Order to Cash order management supply chain execution processes
- Experience in order management capabilities such as but not limited to inventory availability order sourcing order scheduling order fulfillment backorder management payment integrations carrier integrations fraud check drop ship order modifications financial posting etc
- Design solutions to address OMS business requirements while working with stakeholders across customer and other participating teams
- Familiarity with applicable industry best practices tools and methodologies
- Active participation through all phases of the development lifecycle
- Should be able to act as subject matter expert from support perspective
- Knowledge on Manhattan Active Omni platform
- Good analytical skills to quickly understand and troubleshoot customer issues
- Ability to Lead conversations with client stakeholders for all Manhattan OmniOMS requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups
- Liaise with offshore team for developing effective solutions
- High energy enthusiastic and ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively in a global business environment
