- Senior Oracle AI Data Platform AIDP Architect with 12 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise scale data lake house solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead the end-to-end AIDP OCI Object Storage architecture for HR data archival program handling large volume structured and unstructured HR data
- Define the target state lake house design Bronze/Silver/Gold including partitioning strategies external table patterns and performance optimization for archival and retrieval workloads
- Architect secure source to target ingestion pipelines using AIDP Data Integration and PySpark notebooks ensuring scalability data quality reconciliation and repeatable orchestration
- Establish enterprise grade data governance including metadata cataloging lineage retention tagging and audit logging to support compliance and system decommissioning
- Drive security by design RBACABAC readiness encryption least privilege access and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with HRIT Security Legal and Audit stakeholders
