- Logical analytical thinker with exceptional database skills possessing experience as an Oracle database administrator along with other databases like IBM Db2 and PostgreSQL.
- OnPrem to AWS EC2 Database Migration.
- endtoend migration of large onpremises Oracle databases to AWS EC2 including schema migrations up to 78 TB ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Delivering the project requirements as per Service Level Agreement.
- Experience working in Linux AIX Solaris and Windows operating system for production databases.
- Having exposure in Single instance RAC and ASM.
- Responsible for various database activities like tablespaces management creation User creation creation of schema roles providing grants as per required.
- Creation and Maintenance of different database entities like Tablespace Datafile Redo log file Control file Parameter File Password File.
- Generated AWR ADDM reports for checking performance.
- Performance tuning by monitoring long running transaction and insuring best execution plan.
- Worked on ExportImport of data using datapump on various environments.
- Involved in backup and recovery tasks using RMAN.
- Scheduling scripts and procedures through oracle jobs and crontab.
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering customized functional and technical training.
- Performance diagnosis using StatspackSP report.
- Statsgather and table analyze table to boost performance.
- Create and update SRs Service Request and follow up with Oracle support team.
