Role: Oracle Data Analyst

Location: New York, NY

Work Mode – Onsite – 3 days

Rate – $60/hr. - $65/hr.

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented Data Analyst to support financial and business analytics initiatives.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data driven insights ensuring data quality and enabling effective decision making through robust analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
  • Analyse largescale financial datasets to derive meaningful business insights and support decision making
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources
  • Support analytics trend analysis and KPI tracking particularly related to revenue and financial performance
  • Extract transform and process structured and unstructured data using platforms such as Oracle and SQL
  • Identify data patterns anomalies and opportunities to enhance data quality and reliability
  • Document data methodologies definitions and reporting logic to ensure audit readiness and transparency

Required Skills Experience
  • Strong experience working with data platforms such as Oracle SQL or similar technologies
  • Proven ability to analyse financial datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in data validation reconciliation and quality assurance processes
  • Good understanding of analytics reporting and KPI tracking frameworks
  • Prior experience working with business user communities and crossfunctional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills mandatory

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial domain analytics or revenue reporting
  • Familiarity with handling large and complex datasets
  • Exposure to data governance and documentation best practices.
