Job Description

 

  • Title: Oracle EBS – SCM + MFG Functional Consultant

  • Location: Atlanta, GA

  • Duration: 6 Months

  • Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days onsite

  • Experience: 10–15 Years

  • Client: LTM

  • Employment Type: Sub-con

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing functional implementations, upgrades, configurations, and enhancements.

  • Configure and enhance Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules based on business requirements.

  • Support and lead end-to-end Oracle SCM/MFG implementations and EBS upgrade projects.

  • Analyze and support business processes including P2P, R2R, O2C/A2R business cycles.

  • Develop functional design documentation and work closely with technical teams on extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports.

  • Design and support inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle SCM/MFG and third-party systems.

  • Assess and support the Oracle EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.x/latest version delta.

  • Independently interact with clients to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and demonstrate new functionality.

  • Own functional delivery through production deployment.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to offshore teams.

  • Support issue resolution, functional analysis, and solution recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills

  • Strong Oracle EBS SCM + Manufacturing Functional expertise.

  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS ECC.

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules.

  • Strong Oracle EBS configuration and enhancement experience.

  • Strong understanding of P2P, R2R, and O2C/A2R business cycles.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Oracle EBS experience.

  • Experience with at least 4 end-to-end Oracle SCM/MFG implementations.

  • Experience with at least 1 Oracle EBS upgrade project.

  • Strong knowledge of the EBS 12.1.3 → 12.2.x/latest version delta.

  • Experience creating functional design documentation.

  • Experience working with technical teams on extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports.

  • Strong understanding of inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle SCM/MFG and third-party systems.

  • Ability to independently gather requirements, recommend solutions, and conduct functionality demonstrations.

  • Ability to own functional delivery through production deployment.

  • Experience providing leadership and guidance to offshore teams.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience

  • 15+ years of Oracle implementation/upgrade experience.

  • Experience serving as an Oracle EBS SCM/MFG Functional Lead or Consultant.

  • 4+ full-cycle Oracle EBS SCM/MFG implementations.

  • Multiple Oracle EBS upgrade engagements with strong 12.1.3 to 12.2.x experience.

  • Strong client-facing delivery leadership experience.

  • Experience leading offshore functional teams.

  • Experience with complex Oracle SCM/MFG integrations and customizations.
