Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist to design, develop, and deliver scalable integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud along with the ability to lead end-to-end integration initiatives and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Build and manage integrations using OIC components such as adapters, orchestrations, and integration flows
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate complex integration requirements
- Configure and manage adapters for multiple applications and communication protocols
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to ensure performance, reliability, and high availability
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data governance standards, and best practices
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for integration architecture and solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and solution quality
- Stay updated with latest OIC features, tools, and industry best practices
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with OIC adapters, orchestration, and integration patterns
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and web services
- Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other Oracle PaaS services
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
