Job Title: Oracle Fusion Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing Fusion implementations, with the ability to oversee project governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
This role requires a proactive leader who can drive best practices, manage client expectations, and ensure successful project execution. The position may expand to managing multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage all project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Establish and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless collaboration
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations, including client and partner coordination
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project governance and execution
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define, approve, and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct governance meetings and ensure adherence to organizational policies
- Facilitate transparent communication across all stakeholder levels
- Ensure effective decision-making through structured governance processes
- Mentor and guide team members on project governance best practices
- Manage dependencies, tasks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Handle escalations and resolve project-related challenges efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12–15 years of overall IT experience with strong Project Management expertise
- Mandatory experience in Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/Financials) projects
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Fusion implementations
- Strong knowledge of Project Governance frameworks (Mandatory Skill)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing onsite/offshore teams and client engagements
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification
- Experience working with global clients, especially in Canada/NA region
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
