Oracle Project Management Lead
Location: Torrance, CA (Onsite – 3 Days/Week)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Management Lead with 11–15 years of experience in Project Coordination to lead and manage projects while ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight.
Job Description

Assist the IT Manager in managing day-to-day operations.

Support the change management process and track system tasks.

Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders for status calls, reports, and follow-ups.

Maintain documentation for projects, SOX audits, and operational processes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Vendors.

Assist the IT Manager in closing SOX audit tasks and follow up with stakeholders on open audit items.

Drive stakeholder management by engaging clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Manage scope and change management processes while minimizing project impact.

Implement project governance standards and support audit activities.

Coordinate project financial management, including budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while promoting best practices.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to key stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder communication and engagement.
-
Oversee project governance and compliance activities.

Coordinate project financials, budgets, and reporting.

Lead cross-functional project teams.

Support SOX audit readiness and closure activities.

Drive continuous process improvements.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

11–15 years of Project Management / Project Coordination experience.

Finance project experience and strong business understanding.

Experience in Project Management or Project Coordinator roles.
