- Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
- Location: New York, NY
- Duration: Contract
- Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct change readiness assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and determine the appropriate level of business engagement across stakeholder groups.
- Understand As-Is and Future-State processes, roles, responsibilities, and resource requirements.
- Establish and manage Super User / Change Agent networks and provide appropriate change management onboarding.
- Apply a persona-based approach to understand stakeholder pain points, needs, and desired outcomes.
- Perform change impact analysis across roles, processes, responsibilities, and ways of working.
- Develop change plans incorporating required knowledge, training, and communication materials.
- Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies, templates, channels, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish project communication channels to facilitate open and anonymous feedback.
- Identify training requirements and develop action plans for training material completion.
- Design training materials for business leads and end users.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and support Super User onboarding.
- Coordinate training logistics and track participation and knowledge retention.
- Provide project leadership with regular OCM and people-side status reporting.
- Identify stakeholder and change risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support successful adoption of the client's SAP Integration initiative.
Required Skills
- 14–20 years of professional experience with strong Organizational Change Management expertise.
- Strong Scope & Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and change readiness assessment experience.
- Strong change impact analysis and organizational alignment experience.
- Experience developing and executing communication strategies.
- Experience designing and coordinating training programs.
- Strong understanding of As-Is / Future-State analysis.
- Experience establishing Super User / Change Agent networks.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with SAP Integration change management initiatives.
- Experience using persona-based change management approaches.
- Experience with Train-the-Trainer and End User Training programs.
- Experience tracking training participation and knowledge retention.
- Experience managing internal and external communications for enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience with Change Network / Super User onboarding and enablement.
