Job Description

 

  • Title: PP QM Functional Consultant

  • Location: Raritan, NJ

  • Duration: Contract

  • Work Mode: Onsite

  • Experience: 12–14 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SAP PP/QM functional consulting across implementation, rollout, and support projects.

  • Configure and support Production Planning and Quality Management processes.

  • Support Production and Capacity Planning and production order flows.

  • Configure and support MRP Planning processes.

  • Design and support integration between SAP PP/QM and MM and FICO.

  • Configure and support Subcontracting scenarios.

  • Work with interfaces and support integration requirements.

  • Support SAP PP/QM solutions across Discrete Manufacturing and Process Industry environments.

  • Participate in SAP support and upgrade projects.

  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.

  • Support end-to-end implementation and rollout activities.
Required Skills

  • 7+ years of relevant SAP PP/QM experience.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and consulting support projects.

  • At least 2 end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations.

  • Strong experience with Production Planning and Capacity Planning.

  • Strong understanding of Production Order Flow.

  • Strong experience with MRP Planning.

  • Mandatory integration knowledge with SAP MM and FICO.

  • Hands-on experience configuring Subcontracting scenarios.

  • Experience working with SAP interfaces.

  • Experience in Discrete Manufacturing and Process Industry.

  • Strong client-handling and communication skills.

  • Experience working on SAP support and upgrade projects.
Preferred Experience

  • Experience with SAP manufacturing-focused AI/Generative AI capabilities.

  • Exposure to Extensions & Agents for LoB & Industry for SAP-MFG-SCPM.

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering.

  • Exposure to SAP Business AI for MFG-SCPM.

  • Experience with SAP Process Modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio.

  • Strong experience supporting clients through SAP PP/QM transformations and upgrades.
