Job Description
- Certs/Licensure Requirements: AZ lic- decentralized role.
- What areas will they cover: ACLS- preferred (will attend codes). Would love IV pharmacist/compounding
pharmacist as well.
- Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills: Decentralized pharmacy.
- Experience: Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census). Must have
experience with Vanco AUC dosing - please note experience in interview notes.
- EMR: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ.
- Is there a Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor on each shift?: One clinical manager on 5 days a week.
- Do you staff Pharmacy Techs?: Yes
- Shifts & Scheduling: Day and Evening need current day.
- Weekend Requirements: Every other or one per month preferred.
- Holiday Requirements: 2/3 holiday required.
- Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell
Controlled Substance cabinet.
- Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Business casual/white coat or Khaki scrubs.
- How many shifts of unit/department-specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor.
Comments:Pharmacist Specialist Emergency Medicine Shift = 11:30am – 10pm Wed – Tuesday 7 on 7 off Scheduling Pay Rate Type: Hourly Location: Yuma Regional Medical Ctr Min = xxxx Mid = xxxx Max = xxxx Relocation assistance is available and 3 months of paid housing for someone relocating!
