Job Description
Title: Power BI Lead
Duration: Long term contract
Location: Orlando, FL

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to users.
- Oversee data integration and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and consistency across various sources.
- Mentor and train team members on Power BI best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data visualization.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of BI initiatives.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data architecture and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Over 11 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on Power BI and business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud-based data services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI or data analytics are preferred.
