Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive functional solution architecture, ensuring business requirements are translated into clear, scalable functional designs.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Lead stakeholder management, facilitating discussions, prioritization, and alignment across business, product, and technology teams.
- Support product management activities, including roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization.
- Perform detailed business and data analysis to support decision-making and solution design.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Apply best practices such as design thinking to improve user experience and product outcomes.

- Strong experience in Functional Solution Architecture
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and Data Analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Product Management concepts and practices

- Experience with Application Development initiatives
- Knowledge of Data Management and Metadata Management
- Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies
- Exposure to Data discovery and scanning technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
