Job description
Program Manager to support Gen2 customer onboarding and reporting needs The role focuses on delivering high quality onboarding experiences and telemetry driven insights to improve migration efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end-to-end Gen2 onboarding activities
Provide high touch white glove support for large enterprise customers WebXT Office
Partner with engineering and vendor teams to track progress and remove blockers
Maintain onboarding playbooks checklists and communication workflows
Analyze telemetry to quantify issues and measure customer impact
Build customer funnel visibility progress tracking and migration analytics
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership insights
Support continuous improvement of data quality and reporting automation
Required Skills Experience
5-7 years in Program Management Customer Success or Operations
Strong analytics skills across telemetry KPIs and customer signals
Excellent communication and cross team coordination abilities
Experience working with vendor teams and multi workstream programs
Preferred Qualifications
Background in cloud platforms migrations or SaaS onboarding
Proficiency in analytics tools Excel Power BI
Skills
