Honda Canada is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Sitecore project delivery experience to lead and oversee complex digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful execution of Sitecore-based programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for Sitecore initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks to drive accountability and transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors) to integrate project management best practices
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives, status, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and external regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and performance assessments
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and processes
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior project managers and team members
- Prepare and present project status reports, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 12–15 years of overall Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing Sitecore-based projects
