- Project resource management
- Agency and stakeholder relationship management
- Project productivity optimization
- Decision tracking and task management
- Budget tracking and projection
- Risk and issue identification & resolution
- Project schedule/roadmap management
- Communication of project timelines and updates
- Project management plan and document review
- JIRA item updates
- UAT planning and bug tracking/reporting
- Transition planning (development to production, product development to go-live)
- Impediment removal
- **10+ years of project management experience**
- **Experience in modernized service delivery** ### **Desirable Skills:**
- **Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification**
- **Experience using Jira**
