Title: Python Developer

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Work Model: Hybrid (In-person client interview required in Fort Worth, TX)
Description
Top 3 Required Skills:

  • Advanced Python development (building production-grade services, APIs, or data platforms)

  • Cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure preferred)

  • Strong experience with software design, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
What You'll Do

  • Write, test, and document technical work products (code, scripts, processes) following organizational standards.

  • Improve the quality and craftsmanship of products and systems.

  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.

  • Design self-contained systems and lead implementation of key capabilities.

  • Coach team members on reliability, resiliency, security, and performance best practices.

  • Break down complex designs into maintainable implementations.

  • Identify risks during development and implement observability and supportability practices.

  • Define test suites and instrumentation to meet latency and availability goals.

  • Prioritize remediation of security vulnerabilities.

  • Evaluate attack surfaces and implement security best practices.

  • Lead delivery using small, high-value work increments.

  • Promote reusable solutions across implementations.

  • Mentor team members and support their technical growth.

  • Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and approaches.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7–8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale production solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Java development experience, especially enterprise/backend services.

  • Experience with Optimization or Machine Learning/Data Science systems.

  • Knowledge of data engineering patterns (batch/stream processing, large-scale datasets).

  • Experience with distributed systems and performance tuning.
