Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst (RPA BA) with strong domain expertise in intelligent automation and UiPath. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with automation solutions by analyzing processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and designing scalable RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA tools
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps, perform gap analysis, and recommend optimization strategies
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather detailed requirements
- Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDD) including exception handling, logging, and SOPs
- Define functional and technical requirements for automation solutions
- Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects for implementation
- Ensure process compliance, scalability, and efficiency in automation design
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of RPA solutions
Mandatory Skills
- Strong RPA domain knowledge with hands-on understanding of UiPath analysis
- Expertise in creating process diagrams using MS Visio
- Experience in:
- Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
- Gap analysis and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of:
- UiPath integrations
- API calls (REST / SOAP services)
- SharePoint and OneDrive integrations
- Azure services (Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
- Knowledge of:
- Document Understanding, Queues, attended/unattended bots
- Ability to define business and technical requirements for automation
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Mandatory: Power BI
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of UiPath components, architecture, and best practices
- Familiarity with:
- Cloud orchestration and automation frameworks
- Database connections (Azure DB)
- Basic hands-on or working knowledge of:
- UiPath workflows (ReFramework preferred)
- Working knowledge of Power Automate flows and environment management
- Awareness of Generative AI, prompt design, and AI-powered automation solutions
Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
- Hands-on UiPath development or ability to debug workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
