Key Responsibilities

Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into SAP functional designs aligned with standard SAP best practices.
-
Lead SAP COPA (Profitability Analysis) solution design, configuration, and implementation activities.
-
Support profitability analysis and COPA reporting requirements.
-
Partner with OTC, P2P, and other upstream/downstream teams to ensure accurate financial integration.
-
Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
-
Lead solution discussions, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops with Finance leadership.
-
Support production issues using strong accounting-based root-cause analysis.
-
Mentor junior consultants and support global onshore/offshore delivery models.
-
Provide functional leadership and delivery ownership across SAP Finance initiatives.
-
12–17 years of SAP experience with strong SAP FICO/COPA expertise.

Strong knowledge of the SAP COPA module.
-
Hands-on experience with COPA design and configuration.
-
Strong hands-on experience in Profitability Analysis.

Experience supporting and implementing solutions in the COPA reporting module.
-
Strong knowledge of financial master data including vendor, customer, bank, cost center, and general ledger.

Strong experience with Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to lead T-accounting and financial discussions.

Working knowledge of integrated SAP modules including SD (OTC), MM (P2P), and CO.

Proven experience in Lead or Senior Consultant roles with delivery ownership.

Strong communication skills with Finance and IT stakeholders.
-
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or ECC-to-S/4HANA transitions.

Experience supporting global finance operations, including US and EU statutory requirements.

Experience supporting audits, controls, and compliance initiatives.
-
Experience working with global delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Experience leading COPA solution discussions and Finance stakeholder workshops.
