SAP FICO Consultant ( ITAR)
Charlotte, NC (Remote)
Mandatory Skills: FICO (GL-AR-AP-AA-BA-CEA-CCA-PCA-IO-TR)
Description
- Extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling FICO with a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger GL Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR Asset Accounting AA Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders and Product Costing
- Experience in financial closing activities monthend and yearend processes
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions
- Experience in configuring and supporting financial processes tax procedures intercompany transactions and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of integration with MM SD PP PS and other SAP modules
- Experience in data migration master data management testing and cutover activities
- Ability to analyze issues provide root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
- Support business users during UAT production support and hypercare phases
- Experience working in global delivery environments and coordinating with crossfunctional teams
- Strong communication stakeholder management and documentation skill.
- SAP S4HANA Finance experience
- Experience with SAP Fiori and reporting tools
- Knowledge of COPA FSCM Treasury or Group Reporting is an added advantage
- Exposure to Agile and SAP Activate methodologies
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FICO processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders to improve finance operations
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
- Resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational finance and audit requirements
- Participate in project planning testing deployment and knowledge transfer activities.
