SAP Functional Consultant - Reinsurance
New Jersey, NJ- Hybrid
Mandatory Skills: FSCD-Policy Mgmt - Claims Mgmt
Must-Have Skills:
- 5–10 years of SAP experience with 2–4 years in SAP FS-RI (Reinsurance).
- Strong understanding of Reinsurance processes including:
- Treaty and Facultative
- Ceded and Assumed Reinsurance
- Good knowledge of Reinsurance Accounting and Financial Control processes.
- Experience working in Waterfall and Agile SDLC models, especially in migration projects.
- Strong analytical, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.
- Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in SAP Insurance modules or broader FS domain.
- Exposure to S/4HANA or transformation/migration programs.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO or other financial systems.
- Familiarity with testing tools, data migration tools, or reporting tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles within global delivery environments.
