Key Responsibilities

Develop and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions across the complete order management lifecycle.

Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP objects including RICEFW, BAPIs, BADIs, IDocs, user exits, and enhancements.

Configure and support SAP SD/OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, and credit management.

Develop and maintain integrations using IDocs, APIs, and middleware technologies.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex SAP OTC production issues while ensuring optimal system performance.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Participate in S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.

5–10 years of SAP development experience with a strong focus on SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash).

Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD/OTC, including order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, and credit management.

Hands-on expertise in ABAP Development, including RICEFW objects, BAPIs, BADIs, IDocs, enhancements, and debugging.

Experience supporting the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle from order creation through billing.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA with a solid understanding of SD processes and cross-module integration.

Experience developing and supporting interfaces using IDocs, APIs, and middleware.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and OData Services.

Exposure to SAP BTP, CAP, and RAP development models.

Experience supporting global SAP implementations and rollout projects.

Knowledge of advanced OTC capabilities including AATP, EDI, and pricing optimization.

Cross-functional experience integrating with MM, FI, and LE modules.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
